Refund return and Cancellation policy /Terms & Conditions 

We normally have only a 5% chance of death during shipping.

All claims/death on arrival are to be reported with photos on the same day of shipment without opening oxygen-packed covers.

Report immediately for customer care numbers with the below details.

  • Order No with a short explanation.  
  • No fish/plants/item defective.
  • Photo of dead fish/damaged Aquarium.

1. Fishy kart would bear 100% of the cost of the fish died/damaged during shipping time (If any damage happen while delivery we ill resend fish again along with next order  or we ill adjust damage fish cost in your next order or We ill issue coupon code you can use any time ) 

2.No dead on arrival claim request will be entertained after adding to your tank  /  after delivery(Video and photo proof must and should without opening oxygen packed covers). Please note we ill do resend product / will issue coupon code for died on arrival only, no refund ill entertain for died on arrival.

3. In case of Fish is sick or quarantined, we will postpone the delivery and will inform you before about it.

4. All rates mentioned on the website are for single fish/per item or per kg.

5. Cancellation/Refund requests for the dispatched or processed orders will not be entertained. Once processed if any delay means customer need to understand the suituation and wait or change  to any other available items.

Cancellation ill not Allow after 2 hrs of  placing order.

Still Customer required refund for processed orders we ill do refunds with management approval and it will take 45 to 60 days as we processed and getting stock becoz of you. No immediate refund for this kind of cancellations.

6. Refund period - after approval 15-21 days 

7. Refund will be provided to the original payment mode If product shipped we ill take cancellation charges and shipping , packing charges.

8. Make sure to collect the parcel within 2 hours from the railway station /bus stand once it reached the location, we are not responsible for your delay in collecting if any dead on arrival of fishes due to your delay refund cant be claimed.

 Return your product if any damage or broken  with in 72 hrs  with proper approval  from our team.
for return customer need to send mail with proper unboxing and damage details and get approval  then only need to ship back.
